Review of Law of Desire (1987) by Randy T — 18 Feb 2010
This Almodovar has the usual high-energy craziness as any other of his works, but it failed to make a lasting impression. It seems that there were (at least) two (good) stories competing with each other, which left this viewer unresponsive to either.
Sadly, this one just does not stand on it's own without the crutch of the Almodovar name.
