Review of Last Exit to Brooklyn (1989) by Chris M — 11 Dec 2008
A sad and depressing little film about how selfish and horrible we are to others. Comparisons to Requiem for a Dream would not be at all out of place. The strange cinematography and the fearless performances are the highlights of this well made drama.
It's sometimes disturbing and certainly not for everyone, but it's worth a look if you can find it.
