Jackson makes the perfect insane neighbor no one wants. Yet is it possible to even go to the lengths he goes to to be such an ass? I like this movie and recommend it, but that recommendation comes with the warning that you'll get pissed and frustrated with Jackson's character more and more throughout the movie.
