What I got to say about "Lakeview Terrace" is that it's a intense, thrilling, and enthusiastic. The performances by the cast is great. "Samuel L. Jackson gives what striking performance and he menacing!" The directing by Neil LaBute is marvelous.
The screenplay by David Loughery and Howard Korder is good. The score is fine. And the effect are okay.
