This is a beautiful, tragic piece of filmmaking. This is the first Fellini film I have seen, but I can see just from this why he is considered one of the masters. His direction is just so brilliant in this.
Anthony Quinn and Giulietta Masina were incredible - I loved Masina's energy and expressions. It's a great, great story with great acting and direction, it's just perfect, more or less.
