Review of La Dolce Vita (1960) by Paloma S — 22 Jul 2009
A fascinating, if meandering film, Fellini's La Dolce Vita follows tabloid journalist Marcello (played by Marcello Masstroianni) through a series of episodic adventures of sad self-realizations. Beautifully shot and realized, Fellini illustrates the shallowness of celebrity and the lifestyles of the rich and famous.
