Review of Kurosawa (2000) by Jason M — 04 Oct 2007
An intriguing documentary into the life of one history's greatest directors. it was sad to see the cost of his brilliance that allowed to create such amazing films yet essentially shut him off from the real world.
the interviews with his daughter are particularly tragic as you get the sense that his obsession with films deprived her of a real father.
