If I wanted to take potshots at Christian fundamentalists, wearing panties on my head while masteurbating with one hand, while the other pounded a sharpened point cross into my other leg to the point of complete mutilation, making no sense as my one dimensional hated babbled nonsense to the unfeeling air surrounding me, then I'd have written The King.

Operating off a 10/10 Megan score, I put it on my list. The first attempt at viewing I wondered what the hell I was watching it for. I came to the site to see who would have made me list it, and reading their reviews I thought that maybe I was premature, but by the end I was screaming "what the fuck??" and lamenting a complete waste of time.

While I am no lover of religion of any creed, tolerating such as long as its self-rightous reach doesn't touch my life in any way (very tough to do in practise), I do recognize that the extremes which I would truly despise are not carried by your average practitioners, and that it can play a positive role in some people's lives. I see no profit in this style of poorly conceived bashing, which would seemingly omit any shred of common sense or compassion.

If it attempted to be weird, then it also failed as it played across as woodenly cynical without a good point to be made throughout.

The characters were one dimensional and failed to engage. If trying to annoy was the goal, then they succeeded on that front.

The "surprise ending" was no surprise, and the only shocker to me is how my tomatoes could hang a perfect score on this bloated mess.

For shame!
