Paul Newman carries what would otherwise be an ordinary courtroom drama whose resolution is somewhat confusing, even if it is predictable.
Given that the testimony of the former nurse was stricken from the record, I have no idea how the jury decided for the plaintiff, but those are the movies, I guess.
