The fact they put 'Devil's Child' in the title really misleads and perhaps even fools some people into believing it is yet another film based on supernatural or possessed bollocks. NO, this not a film for the stupid mindless entertainment we have become accustomed to, but one for those who want a film that's make them think.
It is one that is based on psychology, a personality disorder. This film had me conflicted in feelings towards all the characters and at more moments than not, relating/understanding Joshua and can leave you with less empathy for the parents.
Very clever, well done. And the song at the end, brilliant, really captured my attention and was perfect for the film.
