It's well acted but never really overcomes its stagey, theatrical origins. The relationship between Hoffman's and Ryan's characters is very interesting; however, I didn't care for the married bickering couple.
It was time wasted (not to mention dramatically obvious) when we could have gotten to know the characters much better.
