Review of I've Loved You So Long (2008) by Tina C — 26 Apr 2009
Despite the film cheating a bit in the end, it is very effective at virtually every other moment. great acting from kristin scott-thomas which is basically the reason this movie got distribution on the first place, but I think I was more impressed with elsa zylberstein.
The directing was good as was the camera aside from the fact that I have noticed a lot lately that some films are starting to look like they were videotaped. there is some aberration in movement that makes it feel less like film.
perhaps its digital photography, im not sure what it is but it distracts someone like me a bit.
