We all love The Departed. This much is true. It is one of those rare things - a decent remake. BUT - you REALLY need to see the original. An undercover police officer is a mole in the local mafia. A young mafia member has infiltrated the police force.
Who will be exposed first? I'm tense just thinking about it! It's a superb, super stylish Action Thriller, it's riveting and thoroughly entertaining. The direction is superb and gives Hollywood a real run for its money, it's tense, dramatic and you just can't look away from the screen as the emotionally-driven plot twists and turns before your eyes.
A lot of its success however is down to our two leads: Andy Lau and Tony Leung - they make Infernal Affairs a absolute pleasure to watch. Dont miss it!
