Review of I Am Love (2010) by Nelson M — 15 Oct 2010
Not a movie for everyone... this movie is inundated with excruciating over-the-top cinematic grandeur. In one hand, it almost reaches the point of becoming an exaggerated visceral of the filmmakers pride.
Instead, it was a congenial change of visually engaging in something cinematic at the actual cinema. To compliment it, the story blended perfectly with the aesthetic. The acting, especially from Tilda Swinton, was amazing to watch.
The ending may come as a sudden regurgitation and will be absolutely misunderstood. It will range from fitting to humorous to completely lazy.
