Review of Hush (2016) by Guido S — 03 Jun 2016
Hush was a pretty well done horror film. It felt like it was kind of a cross between The Panic Room and a slasher film. Other than the potential victim being deaf (which meant for a few interesting moments), it didn't offer anything new to the genre.
With that being said, it was perfectly serviceable and had plenty of scary and thrilling scenes. It felt like it went longer than 87 minutes, and the gimmick of the girl in the house and the bad dude outside waiting to come in did seem a touch drawn out by the end.
