Review of Hush (2016) by Kaitlyn K — 19 Apr 2016
This movie is fantastic. Mike Flanagan really knocked it out of the park on this one. Once I got past the absolute terror and sense of helplessness this movie invokes, what I saw was intelligent, strong, believable characters, brilliant foreshadowing, and phenomenal uses of silence.
The writing in this movie is great, and I can't wait to see more of Mike Flanagan, and hopefully more Kate Siegel. This is a movie that deserves far more attention than it currently has. All I can say is WOW and you guys NEED to see this movie, and spread the word.
