If I called this film a pretentious, miserable piece of crap, it would be unfair to other pretentious, miserable pieces of crap that were infinitely better than this thing. The fact that this film has ever received a positive review confirms the axiom that Hollywood is a town where nobody knows anything (also, see "The Emperor's New Clothes").

Any number of people might state their inferences about the "meaning" of this wasted celluloid. They could just as well describe the meaning in the appearance of ink blots. It doesn't make either a well-crafted work of art.
