Review of Hereafter (2010) by Melbie T — 26 Jun 2012
It's not a scary film, but more of a freighting & supernatural element with true event/ facts kind of film. The movie had its moments, though it had great performances out of its cast, brilliantly skilled on directing & the special effects.
The movie has three elements of story, which are all equally good in the own right and add up pretty well together, even with the emotions, but the dialogue & story dose thin out & lacks in its element charms.
It not horrific as much as it should over been, but it did have some heart stopping moments and a scare feel to it as well & some fear element added into the mix and dose become really intense some of the times (It must be hard for the family of the London bombing & the tsunami in 2005 and to the one in Japan that happened in 2011).
The supernatural take is really on the visions & the facts are great source materials.
