Review of Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002) by Kenneth B — 25 Jul 2012
The Hellraiser franchise just seems to get more and more tedious with each instalment. Much like Inferno, the majority of Hellseeker could be just about any incompetent made-for-TV thriller. Once again Pinhead and the lament configuration device seem to have been placed in there simply to justify the Hellraiser branding.
Of course they brought Ashley Laurence back for this one. I barely recognised her and it says a lot for how her career has gone that she would return to this flagging franchise. This is an uneven, uninteresting mess of a film.
