Review of Hatchet (2006) by Nicky C — 30 Jun 2008

Basic horror entertainment, albeit one with some nice humor thrown in. But really, this doesn't live up to the hype that certain fanboy critics generated. The killer isn't all that amazing and only a few of the deaths are all that inventive.

Still, I say it's fun for at least one viewing. Just don't expect to be blown away if you're a fan of '70s/'80s slasher movies.
