Review of Hatchet (2006) by Daniel B — 03 Dec 2010
As a slasher movie it's hard to really fault it. Done on a small budget it ticks all the boxes that fans of the genre would want it to tick. It's funny, it's gruesome, it unnecessarily blood thirsty and it's a little silly in places. Joel david Moore in particular is good and once again I have to say Adam Green is a director who is going places.
If you like Horror then it's well worth an hour and twenty two minutes of your time, just don't expect the Godfather...
