As a Hannibal film, it feels very different. The others were crime thrillers, while this one was more of a revenge story. The character of Hannibal doesn't feel quite the same. The story is decent, but nothing too exciting or unique.
It's enjoyable as a horror film, but feels out of place with the rest of the series.
