An interesting idea, and honestly a lot more horrifying to me than the rest of the Hannibal Lecter movies, if only because of poor little Mischa and what happened to her. ....And then Hannibal's reaction, obviously.
I liked having the backstory to the character, but the movie itself wasn't anything too special.
