Not as bad as everybody claims it to be but sure its a pretty pathetic excuse for a movie. It's ment to be a horror but the movie is shown thru the eyes of a fearless killer so you dont really fill the horror nor the thrilling suspence that you should feel.
The story was ok, I liked the lightning effects and cinematography to, overall the movie was pretty good.
