Review of Halloween: Resurrection (2002) by Gilbert L — 06 Jun 2009
This is probably the second worst of the series. I mean, wow, when you're movie already has characters you want dead like 2 minutes in, there's something definitely wrong. The plot is based around a reality webcast about Michael Myers house, and everyone buys into it, even though a majority of is definitely set up.
That is until Michael comes home to find a whole lot of unwanted guests and asks them to kindly leave via the use of his trusty carving knife. Again, the acting is horrible, it's not even good for a slasher film, particularly when Busta Rhyme is just drop 'mothufucka' after 'mothufucka'.
I mean really man, there's more ways to get peoples attention then accusing them of incestual relationships (Shudder). Also, a good majority of the film is really, really slow! Also the deaths are quite unoriginal and literally are painful to watch as they are so poorly done.
So, long review short, this is the second worst movie in the franchise right after Halloween 3.
