Review of Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998) by Matthew A — 11 Jan 2009
A rather weak movie, even for a slasher. It seemed that there wasn't much of atmosphere and the whole victim-chasing. No wonder. Michael Myers himself didn't seem to be getting much screentime. After the first scene he was literally only seen as visions for the next half hour.
The person who played Mike Myers did a pretty good job in this one though. He seemed a lot like a real but a mysterious person in this movie. Josh Hartnett also did rather well for his first ever role. Other than that there's nothing special in this movie, especially a very disappointing lack of killings for a slasher movie.
