Review of Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988) by Ben B — 10 Oct 2011

Part 4 of the Halloween series is actually a better movie than Part 2 (we are ignoring Part 3 since it has nothing to do with the Myers storyline). A truly awesome twist ending makes it almost worth sitting through the routine kills that fill the rest of the picture.

It's not all a lost cause, though, as there's some good atmosphere and some effectively creepy scenes. For a slasher sequel, it's better than a lot of them. Score: 6/10.
