Review of Good Night, and Good Luck. (2005) by Andrew S — 08 May 2013
A compelling media fight to stand up against ideological prejudice and corporate public tyranny on the home front. Edward E. Murrow's case is fascinating and held up by a terrific performance by David Strathairn and suave conservative direction and writing by Clooney.
The only thing that dropped the high rating occurred in the final act when it appeared the film's narrative and action ran out of steam. Rating: 8.2/10.
