Viggo Mortenson is an amazing actor, but this was definitely not his best film for me. The mood was sombre throughout, which in all fairness it should be considering the subject matter, but the whole thing just never hit the right spot for my likes.
You can still enjoy sad movies, but this I did not enjoy at all.
