Shameful trash at it's finest. Bela Lugosi ("...Pull the String...Pull the string...!"), irrelevant stock footage, and Edward D. Wood starring as a transvestite.
Though, as poor a film it may be, it sure makes some brave and meaningful statements for the time (with stock footage of factories being displayed as they are spoken).
