Michael Caine is mobster who returns home for the funeral of his brother. Once there, he begins to suspect that his brothers death was no accident. The story goes from a who-dunnit to a revenge story from there.
Caine's Carter is the last of the tough guys. Made in 1970 or 1971, in a very bleak English port. Stallone remade this movie in 2000. Skip that one and watch this one instead.
