Another film which I didn't enjoy, but it's highly rated?

I don't understand this, but I am beginning to see a pattern.

Anyway it wasn't a terrible movie, but it isn't great either, very boring in most parts, and predictable. I laughed a few times though, especially at the shot accuracy, as in most films, cops and criminals cannot shoot for shit. So it was amusing to see a film play on that.
