A gripping and emotional story of friendship, brotherhood, rejection, betrayal, and tragedy. Foxcatcher is the story of John Du Pont, Mark and Dave Shultz becoming the forefathers of american Olympic wrestling and John's ultimate fall into insanity that lead to the death of Dave Shultz.
More than just a sports drama, the film is carried by Miller's superb direction followed by masterful performances by Steve Carrell, Channing Tatum, and Mark Ruffalo. Foxcatcher is a masterpiece.
