Review of Force Majeure (2014) by Py C — 21 May 2016

While this is a keenly observed piece of work, featuring two strong central performances very believably portraying the slow disintegration of a marriage, there are too many scenes that add very little to proceedings, slowing the pacing to a dead crawl and killing the story's momentum.

There is much to admire here but as a piece of dramatic entertainment it falls short of the mark.
