Maybe it is a little dated, but the special effects are still pretty good for a 50+ year old movie. the moster rocks, and I still get chills from the control room scene when you see how much power the monster uses in the end.
This was remade - BADLY in the movie The Sphere. watch em both , tell me I'm wrong.
