Carefully crafted 180 minutes of historical inaccuracy. A white-washed representation of what the world was then, the movie is saved by Gosling's fair representation of the man making audience feel immense sympathy towards Armstrong.
Watch if only for the wonderful moon scene, beautifully composed. Overall, a plain drama with great cinematography.
