This movie is really slow. The special effects are cheap and even the musical score is often inappropriate and sometimes annoying. The editing is also mystifying, with sequences of high drama suddenly cut to children playing.
They gave this movie to the wrong director. I'd love to see what Ron Howard or Clint Eastwood could have done with this story. This was a huge disappointment for me.
