Really great concept--not quite dystopian, but definitely some intriguing urban science fiction. unfortunately it was crammed into a little over an hour and a half, so the story/characters didn't really get a chance to blossom and develop.
the acting was good, but could have been much better if given more with which to work. what easily could have been a 5-star film ends up being a barely passable, thrown-together, "settled-for" 3-star film.
