Despite the reviews and ratings, this was actually a decent horror movie. It does have its flaws, like the horror cliched jumpscares and characters, which don't do shit and just get killed, which really pisses me off.
The acting is no good either. But, for some reason, the flick managed to deliver me some very disturbing, scary moments, there's a good amount of gore and the film's score is good too, without forgetting the house if wax design which was innovative, and despite its obvious flaws, it was actually entertaining enough.
It won't become a horror classic, but fans should really check this teen horror pic out. Recommended !!
