Really wanted to like this one. The cast is great with Denzel, John Goodman, Gandolfini, Donald Sutherland. I figured at worst it would be ok. Denzel is a detective who witnesses a serial killer be put to death.
Then the demon/spirit of him continues to live by passing into other people. The story never really gets interesting, scary or creepy. It just felt too by the numbers. Then the twist comes and it felt more funny than creepy.
This should have been better.
