Review of Fair Game (2010) by Tim D — 30 Apr 2011
A valuable reminder about the tragedy of the Bush era in an engaging film. I haven't read the book and admit that I don't know the history, so I appreciated feeling my outrage stoked while being taken away into another world.
I've certainly wondered what it would have been like to be a spy, although I hadn't thought about what you would tell the neighbors. Actually, I had never thought about what a former Ambassador does or how they might worry about making a living.
The stresses of the Wilson/Plame marriage helped flesh out the dynamics of the story-line. Definitely worth seeing.
