Review of Event Horizon (1997) by Sean C — 19 Jun 2011
In some ways this film does not hold up too well, such as the early CGI and choppy editing due to the studio cutting the film by 40 minutes. In addition, Weir is a character with the most scattered development I've ever seen; once again this seems to be due to the studio's actions.
However, the film mostly works, being fairly original and supported by some good performances. If you dig horror movies catch this one, otherwise it won't be your cup of tea.
