Review of Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room (2005) by Robert S — 30 Dec 2012
This wonderful, glorious movie/documentary. The only problem is that I come from this movie feeling inspired by the men who are the 'bad guys' they fascinate me and make me wish that I were in conversation with them.
I am deeply fascinated by business an this wets my appetite more than any other business film which has ever existed. The seductive and intricate schemes thought up by Skilling, Lay, Pai and Fastow will make you cower and reel in aw, amazement and horror and keep you gripped to the bitter sweet end as you discover every dirty little secret hidden under every dirty little hole in the Titanic of businesses which was Enron.
