Review of Easy Rider (1969) by Ray H — 04 Dec 2012
"Easy Rider" was a huge movie of it's day, as it captured the hippie movement and the youth of it's day perfectly. These days it plays more like a time capsule of the late 1960s, it is definitely worthwhile and should be seen by many, but it doesn't really feel as bold as it probably did when it first came out.
It has a good cast and it represents the hippies and people and feelings and social issues of the late 60s pretty damn well. A film that has endured despite being very much of it's time.
