Review of Easy Rider (1969) by Victor M — 19 Aug 2015
With total reason "Easy Rider" is a cult film. And Peter Fonda has been lucky to be a main character in this film and another one like "Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry". If there is a scene that could summary the main idea is when Bill and George Hanson (excellent performance from Jack Nicholson) chat about freedom:
George: Oh, they're not scared of you. They're scared of what you represent to 'em.
Billy: Hey man. All we represent to them, man, is somebody needs a haircut.
George: Oh no. What you represent to them is freedom.
