Review of Dumplings (2004) by Rayray E — 24 Aug 2008
A chinese psuedo-horror film with subtitles and superb cinematography.
Aunt mei is such a freaky character-- her absurd outfits and the way she picks at her feet after serving food only serve to enhance her bizarreness.
Its actually pretty gross, it made me wince on more than one occasion, but it worked.
Very warped.
