If this was the original short film, I'd give it 5 stars. The short film is fantastic and disturbing. This is long enough that it becomes unwieldy, and sags a bit underneath its own weight. Still good, but for a superior film, find the short one.
If you can locate a copy of Tartan Asia Extreme's Three...Extremes, the short version is on it, along with Park Chan-Wook's Cut and Takashi Miike's Box.
