Phibes does indeed rise again to make his way to Egypt in an attempt to resurrect his wife, anyone getting in his way will be creatively eliminated. Vincent Price along with Robert Quarry (Count Yorga) star along with a special appearance by Peter Cushing.
A worthy sequel.
