Camp, frothy fun. The bad Doctor deposes of some more of his foes, one of them a young John Thaw. It also features Terry Thomas who strangely got killed in the first one. But reappears in the second as another character.
Still it makes no difference its still a classic horror of the more psychedelic variety.
