You can not threaten the dead with death, my friend, only with life eternal, life. Vincent Price speaks through a weird thing on his neck and kills his victims in inventive ways. Somewhere over the Rainbow sung by Price at the end, brilliant.
Dr. Phibes assistant's name is Vulnavia. There is a couch on the Princess of Quebec worth killing for its upholstery. Tres 70's.
